Bomb blasts at Jaipur

Four blasts rocked crowded markets in the city’s walled city area Tuesday evening. Initial reports said six people were killed and 21 others injured, The first blast occurred at Manik Chowk after 7.30 p.m. in the walled city area and then in Johri Bazar and Sanganeri Gate, an official said.

Three points have been identified by the Chief Information Commissioner of Jaipur, Rohit Singh. He says that one blast has taken place at the Manik Chowk Police Station area.

The blast that took place in Chandpole is being attributed to an exploding cylinder. There are no reports of any death or injury so far. District administration has swung into action and concerned authorities have reportedly reached the spot.
