Bofors case: Court accepts CBI closure report
March 4th, 2011 - 5:54 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, March 4 (IANS) A Delhi court Friday accepted the closure report filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Bofors case. The investigative agency was seeking to close all criminal cases against Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, one of the alleged recipients of kickbacks in the controversial Bofors gun deal.
