BJP says Delhi is ‘rape capital’

New Delhi, Sep 28 (IANS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sushma Swaraj Tuesday described Delhi as India’s “rape capital”.
Sushma Swaraj made the remark while leading a street protest deploring the law and order situation in the city.
Later, hundreds of demonstrators courted arrest on their way to parliament from Jantar Mantar monument, about a kilometre away.
