December 10th, 2011 - 5:25 pm ICT by IANSMadrid, Dec 10 (IANS) Spanish soccer giants Barcelona will pay a tribute to the Fukushima nuclear disaster victims during their stay next week in Japan for the Club World Cup.
Barca will leave for Tokyo right after the biggest match in the Spanish La Liga when they face off against Real Madrid Saturday.
Wearing commemorative shirts, the Catalans players will be photographed beside children representing the victims at a solidarity event held at the end of the the club’s training session Tuesday at the Yokohama Marinos grounds, Xinhua reported.
