Aviation fuel prices raised
April 15th, 2011 - 9:30 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 15 (IANS) State-owned Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) Friday raised aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices by 2.10 percent, taking them to Rs.60,404 per kilolitre in Delhi.
This is the 13th straight ATF rate hike since October 2010, when international oil prices took an upward swing.
State-owned oil retailers IOC, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd revise ATF prices based on the average international prices on the first and 16th of every month.
ATF prices were last hiked April 1, when state-owned oil marketing companies raised prices by 1.45 percent, taking the prices to Rs 59,157.32 per kilolitre.
