London, July 4 (IANS) Former couple Ashley and Cheryl Cole are said to have reunited and plan to start a family together.

The 28-year-old singer separated from footballer husband Ashley last year after he cheated on her with another girl. However, Cheryl has returned to their marital home in Surrey, London and Ashley has vowed to change his ways.

“Ashley has got his wife back, and this time it’s for keeps. He has learned from his mistakes and knows he messed up but he’s ­promised Cheryl he will change. She’s back with the man she loves, despite what others say. He makes her happy and that’s the bottom line,” mirror.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

“The main reason they got back together was because they both realised they wanted to start a family and they could not live without one another. The first time around Cheryl’s career came first, but this time family is her priority. They both want children,” the source added.

Both the stars were seen enjoying together at Cheryl’s birthday bash at London’s exclusive Sanderson Hotel Friday. She even performed a lapdance for Ashley in front of the guests.

The footballer has even told his friends that he wants to marry Cheryl again.

According to dailymail.co.uk, the 30-year-old Chelsea star apparently told friends: “I’m going to marry Cheryl again, it’s what we both want.”
