Asha Parekh to judge a reality show
October 9th, 2008 - 8:15 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 9 (IANS) Yesteryears’ leading lady Asha Parekh, known for her dancing skills and spontaneous performance, will judge a dance reality show “Tyohaar Dhamaka” on entertainment channel 9x.”Tyohaar Dhamaka” will go on air Oct 13 and dancer-actress Sudha Chandran will host it.
Asha Parekh will judge the dancing skills of young TV actors - Gaurav Chopra, Narayani Shastri, Jai Bhanushali, Sayantani Ghosh, Shubhangi Atre, Pallavi Subhash, Gaurav Khanna, Twinkle Bajpai, Nandini Singh, Yash Pandit, Naman Shaw and Mouni Roy.
Asha, a qualified classical dancer, featured in some of the biggest hits of the ’sixties and ’seventies such as “Love In Tokyo”, “Kati Patang”, “Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai”, “Teesri Manzil”, “Do Badan”.
Asha Parekh had earlier produced the hit TV serial “Kora Kagaz”.
