Army major commits suicide in Bhopal
January 25th, 2010 - 10:36 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Bhopal, Jan 25, (IANS) An Army officer, who had come to the Madhya Pradesh capital on vacation, committed suicide, police said Monday.
“Major Dheeraj Saxena, who had come here a few days ago, consumed some poisonous substance Sunday. He was immediately rushed to the Army Hospital where he died late Sunday,” investigating officer S.K. Sharma told reporters.
Saxena, of the Rajputana Rifles, was posted in Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
