Apex court okays company law tribunal (Lead)
May 11th, 2010 - 3:08 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, May 11 (IANS) The Supreme Court Tuesday upheld the constitution of the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal subject to some riders.
A constitution bench said the National Company Law Tribunal was created by the powers of the high court. Thus, the rank of its members and of the Company Law Appellate Tribunal should be close to the rank of the judges.
