Another woman’s body found on rail tracks in Agra

Agra, July 20 (IANS) The naked and badly-mutilated body of a young woman was found on the railway tracks in Artauni area, close to the National Highway 2 (NH-2), in Agra district Wednesday, police said. This was the fourth body found in such a condition within a week.

Residents of the nearby Arsena village informed police and a team from the Sikandra police station reached the spot to examine the bosy.

The body was mutuilated beyond recognition and seemed to have been run over by several trains. It was sealed and sent for post-mortem examiantion.

The body of a teenaged girl, with her limbs tied, was found on the railway track near Sikandra Tuesday.

The mutilated bodies of a newly-married couple were found close to the rail track near Bichpuri village July 15.
