Another inmate of observation home dies
January 21st, 2010 - 11:33 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 21 (IANS) A 23-year-old mentally challenged man died at a state-run observation home here Thursday, police said.
“Shanu, 23, died at Asha Kiran,” a senior police official told IANS.
Two deaths were reported Wednesday from the Asha Kiran observation home in Rohini area. One death was reported Tuesday.
Delhi’s Social Welfare Minister Mangat Ram Singhal told IANS that the government has ordered an inquiry into these deaths.
