Ambulance rams into bus, four killed
February 2nd, 2012 - 1:01 pm ICT by IANSOsmanabad (Maharashtra), Feb 2 (IANS) At least four passengers were killed when an ambulance from Karnataka carrying a body rammed into a state transport bus near Vadgaon in this district early Thursday, police said.
The accident took place on the busy Solapur-Osmanabad highway when the ambulance was proceeding to Aurangabad, a police officer said.
Eleven injured passengers of the bus, travelling from Osmanabad to Satara, have been admitted to the civil hospital in Osmanabad district, 465 km from Mumbai. The condition of one is critical.
