Rome, Feb 6 (IANS) AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri said he was satisfied with his side’s goalless draw with Napoli at home in the Italian Serie A league match.
The Rossoneri were reduced to 10 men in the second half when swede Zlatan Ibrahimovic was caught slapping Salvatore Aronica on the side of the head in an off the ball incident.
“It was important to put in a good performance against a team that was able to put us under pressure,” Allegri was quoted as saying by Xinhua.
“Then we went down to 10 men and in any case did not stop playing attacking football. The point has given us back our spirit that we need to target the Scudetto.
“Of course we have to improve in certain situations, but we didn’t run many risks even with a man down,” he said.
