Around 600 students had blocked Delhi-Howrah rail route for hours, demanding action against those involved in the murder. Protesting students also disrupted the academic and official work in the varsity and also manhandled some university employees.

Addressing a press conference at the Press Club of India in New Delhi, Aziz said that arrangements wpuld be made in all hostels to receive the resident students two days ahead of the date of commencement of their classes.

More than one month wasted for solving an issue which could have been solved in 2 or 3 days.
Did Dr. Azis paid the student their travel and incedental expenses for students after forcing them out of their hostels without notice ? Everybody wont be rich like Dr.Azis who know ways to make, as the rumour goes, money in illegal ways. Many students may be just managing money for their study/ living expences. Unexpected travel will be a burden to them or beyond their financial capability. If you check you may find some students have stopped/ terminated studies due to this additional financial burden. Living in Luxury house and luxury office and luxury car, where is time or mind for Dr. Azis to think of poor students ?
