Al Qaeda suspect killed in Iraq
July 26th, 2011 - 9:12 am ICT by IANSBaghdad, July 26 (IANS) Three people including a terror suspect were killed and 18 injured in a car bomb explosion in northern Iraq, Xinhua reported Tuesday.
The car bomb exploded near the residence of Mohammed Nassif Jassim, a suspected Al Qaeda member, killing him and two of his daughters, wounding 18 others including his brother.
The blast that occurred in Al-Hawija district of Iraq’s Kirkuk province late Monday, also damaged the victim’s house and a number of neighbouring buildings, a source said.
