Abu Dhabi to host counter-terror conference
August 6th, 2011 - 11:53 pm ICT by IANSAbu Dhabi, Aug 6 (IANS) Experts from various countries will attend a conference here in October to review the current resources available to fight the scourge of terrorism, organisers said Saturday.
Counter Terror Arabia, organised by Clarion Events Middle East, will review the latest technologies, planning and integration of agencies, among host of other issues.
It will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from Oct 31 to Nov 2.
“Some of the world’s leading authorities will give their opinions and advice at Counter Terror Arabia 2011.
“International and regional defence and security experts will provide a comprehensive analysis on how to tackle the variety of complex challenges posed by domestic and international criminals and terrorists, both now and in the future,” said Christopher Hudson, managing director, Clarion Events Middle East.
