60-year-old woman found strangled
March 16th, 2011 - 9:36 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, March 16 (IANS) A 60-year-old woman, who was living alone, was found strangled to death at her house in old Delhi area Wednesday morning, police said.
Shaukat Begum was found murdered at her house in Hauz Qazi by her maid. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
“She was found strangled with her legs and hands tied. Preliminary investigations suggest that her murder was related to a property dispute,” a police officer said.
