28 injured in Delhi fire (Lead)
April 13th, 2010 - 5:39 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 13 (IANS) At least 28 people, including 21 children and four women, suffered burn injuries when a gas cylinder leaked and caused a fire Tuesday in a shop in Shalimar Bagh here, a fire official said.
The incident occurred at about 8:30 a.m.
“The cause of the fire was a gas cylinder leakage,” the fire official said.
“There were no casualties but 21 children, four women and three men suffered burn injuries. They have been admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment,” he added.
