New Delhi, Oct 4 (IANS) India and the US will soon sign the 123 Agreement to operationalise their civilian nuclear deal, Minister for External Affairs Pranab Mukherjee said here today.”After the signing (of the agreement) by the (US) president, the process will be complete. Once the process will be complete we will be in a position to sign the agreement soon,” Mukherjee said at a joint press conference here with visiting US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

“There are no open issues left in the 123 Agreement,” Rice said in response to a question from IANS.
