12-year-old attempts suicide in Delhi school
July 8th, 2010 - 7:31 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, July 8 (IANS) A 12-year-old boy Thursday attempted suicide after getting scolded by his teacher, police said. He suffered multiple fractures and is now being treated in hospital.
Sahil Sachdeva, a Class VI student of Mother Teresa Public School jumped from the school building after he was scolded by his teacher. He was rushed to a nearby private hospital where he is undergoing medical treatment.
Police are questioning the school authorities and the parents of the boy.
