11-year-old run over by Blueline bus
March 16th, 2010 - 7:48 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, March 16 (IANS) An 11-year-old boy was mowed down by a speeding Blueline bus in the the heart of the capital Tuesday, police said.
Akash was riding pillion with his friend on a cycle when the bus hit them around 9.30 a.m. in Connaught Place area.
“Akash died on the spot while his friend escaped unhurt. The bus driver fled. We are trying to nab him,” a police officer said.
