10 killed in Orissa road accident
November 3rd, 2011 - 12:03 pm ICT by IANSBhubaneswar, Nov 3 (IANS) At least 10 people, including three women, were killed and 20 injured when a truck hit a private bus in Orissa’s Sambalpur district Thursday, police said.
The accident took place when a truck collided with the speeding bus at Babubandh village on national highway 6, about 330 km from here, a police official told IANS.
While six people died on the spot, the others were declared dead in hospital. The condition of some of the injured is serious, the official said.
