SET Index gained 0.96 percent yesterday

- The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index gained 6.42 points yesterday (July 31st), or 0.96 percent higher, to close at 676.32. The market value was around 12,886,730,000 baht, with about 1,778,153,000 shares being traded.
Yesterday, the SET100 Index closed at 1,024.76 points, increasing by 12.38, or 1.22 percent higher. The SET50 Index closed at 473.85 points, increasing by 6.11, or 1.31 percent higher. The FSTHL Index also went up 9.45 points, or 1.22 percent higher, to close at 783.99. The Market for Alternative Investment (mai) Index gained 0.51 points, or 0.21 percent higher, to close at 240.59.
The top five most active values were as follows.
PTT increased to 250.00 baht, up by 14.00 (+5.93%).
BANPU increased to 416.00 baht, up by 16.00 (+4.00%).
PTTEP increased to 150.00 baht, up by 5.00 (+3.45%).
SCB remained at 74.50 baht.
BBL increased to 109.00 baht, up by 2.00 (+1.87%).
