Reduction of troops along Thai Cambodian border still not decided uponAugust 1st, 2008 - 1:51 pm ICT by Amrit Rashmisrisethi
Director of the Department of Information for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tharit Jarungwat (ธฤต จรุงวัฒน) revealed to the media that a meeting was held yesterday with the National Security Council to make progress on the reduction of military presence along the Thai-Cambodian border. The meeting however did not come to any clear conclusions.
Mr. Tharit also said that Cambodia’s Prime Minister will inspect troops along the border today.
