PTT, Shell, and Bang Chak drop diesel prices by 60 satang
August 4th, 2008 - 1:12 pm ICT by Amrit RashmisrisethiThe PTT company, the Shell Company of Thailand, and Bang Chak (บางจาก) Petroluem will reduce the price of diesel fuel by 60 satang effective as of August 5.
The companies attributed the price reduction to a marked decrease in diesel fuel prices on the Singaporean market. Diesel fuel prices will therefore drop to 36.84 baht per liter, and biodiesel b5 prices will drop to 36.14 baht per liter.
Benzene fuel prices remain unchanged, with benzene 91 at 37.99 baht per liter, gasohol 95 at 30.49 baht per liter, and gasohol 91 at 26.69 baht per liter.
