Office of the Attorney General to forward Chart Thai and Matchima Thipathai dissolution cases to Constitution Tribunal
September 24th, 2008 - 10:47 am ICT by Amrit RashmisrisethiAttorney General Chaikasem Nitisiri this morning has signed a case file on the dissolution of the Chart Thai and Matchima Thipathai parties. The Office of the Attorney General today completed its draft of the case and later today will forward the matter to the Constitution Tribunal for further consideration.
Deputy Attorney General Waiyawuth Lohtrakul (วัยวุฒิ หล่อตระกูล) acting as part of the cases committee revealed that the dissolution file has been split into two parts as each party is facing seperate faults. The working committee may submit any file to the Constitution Tribunal first today.
