Secretary-General of the National Statistical Office (NSO), Thananut Trithipphayabut (ธนนุช ตรีทิพยบุตร), urges the government to assist less fortunate adolescents who lack the opportunity to access normal education.
Mrs Thananut informs that some adolescents do not have basic education as they have to work. Most of them are from a broken family. He therefore says family is an important institution to provide love and education for the children.
The secretary-general says further that the government needs to provide education to the children in line with their needs, including vocational education on computer, industry, language, and beauty, in order to earn a living.
