- The National Housing Authority (NHA) has coordinated with the Government Housing Bank (GBH) in granting special interest rates to loaners who seek to purchase Ua-arthorn houses during the ‘2nd Ua-arthorn House Fair’ and ‘55-year Housing Fair of the National Housing Authority’ events.
NHA governor, Mr. Suchat Siriyothiphan (สุชาติ ศิริโยธิพันธุ์), reveals the move will encourage newly employed people to have their first houses, especially from the housing projects of NHA. Loaners who are eligible to purchase the houses from both events will be granted special interest rates from the bank.
The 2nd Ua-arthorn House Fair will be held from August 29th to September 7th, 2008 at NHA headquarters and sales offices nationwide whilst another event 55-year Housing Fair of the National Housing Authority will be held between September 18th and 21st, 2008 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
Eligible Ua-arthorn house purchasers will receive a 7-year fixed-interest rate loan of 5.893 percent a year or a 10-year fixed-interest rate loan of 5.910 percent a year. After the engaged periods pass, floating rates (MRR – 0.5%) will be applied to every applicant. Purchasers are urged to submit their application to receive eligibility until December 2008.
