NCCC confirms Apirak’s involvement with fire vehicle purchase

- A spokesman of the National Counter Corruption Commission (NCCC) confirmed that Bangkok governor Mr. Apirak Kosayodhin was involved in the Bangkok’s fire vehicle purchase case, but further legal actions were still in process.
Mr. Klanarong Chantik (นายกล้านรงค์ จันทิก), a spokesman and also one of NCCC member, revealed today (November 11) that the commission would declare its ruling on the Bangkok fire vehicle purchase case today, after it has been postponed from October 24 this year. The ruling would be declared to the case’s associated people individually.
Nevertheless, Mr. Klanarong admitted that Bangkok governor Mr. Apirak involved in the case, but further legal actions against him have not yet been discussed.
Mr. Klanarong also stated that he has not been contacted by anyone associated with the case seeking to survive from the indictment.
