At the same time, Northern Transport Association is about to sue SRT union for causing inconveniences to commuters.
Mr. Yuthana admits at the time being, SRT unionists have been taking leave, adding that 38 trains of 64 are still out of service. He says six cargo trains of 30 are still out of service as well. Despite of its suspension, private sectors have yet been reported receiving impact.
Mr. Yuthana says at the moment, no complaints from passengers are filed against SRT as the organization has given an advance notice to the public already. According to the source, Northern Land Transport Association will file a lawsuit to the SRT union since SRT has recently failed to provide cargo trains to transport crude oil from Kamphaengphet province.
