The Secretary-General of the Office of the Council of State, Ms. Pornthip Jala (พรทิพย์ จาละ), says the Council of State has ruled that the distribution of two- and three-digit online lotteries is not illegal.

Ms. Pornthip says the government can continue the two- and three digit online lottery project if the allocation of the lottery revenues is in line with laws. The Council of State also ruled that the government’s contract signed with Loxley Plc. to distribute online lotteries does not violate laws.

Meanwhile, Deputy Finance Minister Pradit Phattharaprasit (ประดิษฐ์ ภัทรประสิทธิ์), says the Government Lottery Office will explain delays in the distribution of online lotteries to sellers and middlemen.
