The President of the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited, Dr. Anusorn Sangnimnuan, says Bangchak may lower its retail oil prices, after the crude oil price of NYMX fell to 127 US dollars a barrel,.
Mr. Anusorn says the processed oil trade in Singapore will play a vital role to Bangchak’s decision to adjust its retail oil prices. He states that if the oil prices in Singapore are lowered by 60 satang a liter, his company would lower its retail oil prices accordingly.
Mr. Anusorn says the market value of benzene 91 stands at 1.20 baht a liter while the market value of diesel is 1.70 baht per liter. He says the fuel prices in Singapore are likely to go down in accordance with the decreasing global oil prices.
