436 injured during clashes

Narenthorn Centre, an emengency and humanitarian reliefing unit under Ministry of Public Health, disclosed today (October 8) that based on unofficial figures, 436 people were injured and two were found dead during clashes between police and People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) on Tuesday.

All of the injured were admitted to nine hospitals, including 164 patients being treated at Vajira hospital, 32 of whom patients admitted for further condition’s monitoring, 12 patients in General (Klang) hospital, four of whom admitted, 10 patients in Chulalongkorn hospital, three admitted, 61 patients in Sirirat hospital, three admitted, 29 patients in Ratchawithi hospital, two admitted, 63 patients in Phramongkutklao hospital, 11 admitted, 74 patients in Ramathibodi hospital, 11 admitted, 16 patients in Police General hospital, five admitted, one patient in Mission hospital, and three patients in Lerdsin hospital.

In addition, three kids were injured. They were sent to Children hospital. One of them had to be admitted for condition’s monitoring.
