2 - 3 digit lotteries open to the market on Oct 1
August 21st, 2008 - 9:53 am ICT by Amrit RashmisrisethiDeputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Surapong Suebwonglee says the first lot of 2 – 3 digit lotteries will be distributed on October 1st.
The deputy premier says he does not know about a request for the postponement of the lottery distribution on October 1st filed with the Administrative Court. However, he says those concerned over the lotteries have the right to request the court to intervene in the lottery distribution. Mr Surapong affirms he will abide by the court’s order on the matter.
The deputy premier says further that the government’s recruitment of lottery middlemen is aimed at creating income for people and stimulating the economy.
