splintercellMar 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Finally its here. After a long awaiting session, Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell Conviction demo is ready for download on Xbox Live. Tom Clancy’s “Splinter Cell: Conviction” went live today morning on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. All Xbox LIVE Gold Members shall be able to download the stuff today itself. However, Silver members will have to be patient for a while. As reported, the demo version for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction weighs 1 gig in size which apparently is a good size that promises heavy download.

The demo game kicks off from the very scene where Sam Fisher is struggling against a bald guy engaged in a war of words (which he is so good at). Soon after the game lands up to the next level which is actually the very start of the game.

As declared by Ubisoft, the single-player demo of Tom Clancy’s “Splinter Cell: Conviction” shall be available to all consumers well in advance of its release in the market. The demo shall have the opening segment of the Michigan Avenue Reservoir level which is more of an intro to the actual game. The X box 360 demo is finally live on X box LIVE. However, the actual game in its whole version will hit the market on April 13, which is slotted equally for PCand also X box 360. Regrettably, for the demo ofTom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction there shall be no versions allotted for PC.

The plot of the game unfolds in a threat inflicted upon Washington where Sam Fisher is joined by Third Echelon’s colleague Anna Grimsdttr and his pal Victor Coste. On the other hand, Third Echelon is desperately looking for Sam Fisher. The two confront each other in a eye to eye combat which is equally ominous and destructive.
