tinychatshot-1Sep 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A straightforward and user friendly chat platform named TinyChat has become very popular among the web users. It has been reported that the company has now 1 million registered users and the number is rising by leaps and bounds. The amazing thing is that the company has got a user base of 1 million just within two and a half months of rolling out the chat service. As per the co founder of the company Martin Redmond said everyday 12000 new users are getting registered. TinyChat is also adding new features that can make the service even more compelling for the users.

It may be hard to believe but the service did not have many social features apart from the video chat and text chat services. It is now adding a broadcasting feature which will enable the users to know when their followers are joining a new chat room. It is similar to Twitter in a way. This may promote community building and result in more rapid growth in user base. However, the most attractive new feature the service is adding is the support for Facebook. What it means is that TinyChat users would be able to communicate with their friends who have Facebook profiles. Facebook has several million users and this will prove to be beneficial for TinyChat.

The founders of the company have also hinted at the support for iPhone apps in the near future. The intuitive interface and easier learning curve have contributed to the popularity of the service. The application has overtaken many similar applications in a short timespan and the experts predict its popularity will only increase.
