T-MobileDec.18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) T-Mobile, the leading service provider is being reported to have suffered another outage this year, on Dec 17th, spanning the whole region between the countries of United States Of America and Puerto Rico. This essentially means that the outage hit ‘everywhere between Georgia, Florida and USA’.

The service provider did not seem to issue an official statement, however a forum moderator for T-Mobile, Dan, stated that the outage could create a problem for some customers in Puerto Rico and Southeast USA, and he credited the reason to ‘intermittent service degradation for voice and data service’. Dan further added that the service will be back to full swing shortly. However, this amendment in the T-Mobile’s forum came only after a Florida-customers had already claimed to suffer from outage problems. Same people flooded the internet claiming the same problems with T-Mobile services. As an addition to this, Blackberry BIS seemed to undergo problems early morning (Dec 17), which resulted in the users not receiving their e-mails.

The rumors have it that T-mobile, who suffered another outage weeks ago, is preparing for some improvements on the 3G network which is the reason behind its woes. Its last outage was when, the Sidekick lost a lot of data due to a server failure. Even though most of the data was reported to have been recovered, people started having doubts about ‘risks of cloud computing’. In the run for outages, sources also claim that Sprint is suffering one too, making Texting difficult. In case the user tries to send a message, he receives an Error 2112 message.
