Steve Wozniak Admits Android Will Beat the iPhone

Nov 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Although the iPhone is said to be Steve Wozniak’s favorite cell, but he had to admit that it does not seem likely to win in the battle of the “smartphone wars”. He told the Dutch newspaper entitled, De Telegraaf that the Android phones will likely win out int he end due to their abundance of features which are not available on the iPhone.

The ‘Apple’ co-founder admitted that the company had collaborated with a very well known Japanese electronics company in 2004, with the goal of creating a new phone to rival any known to man. Although he says they were satisfied with the phone, they “wanted something that could amaze the world.” The iPhone was debuted in January of 2007.

But Wozniak had to admit that the Android would become the dominant smartphone, not the iPhone. He added that the Google OS is more likely to win out in the smartphone race, just as Windows did in the PC race.

Although he stressed that the iPhone, “Has very few weak points. There aren’t any real complaints and problems. In terms of quality, the iPhone is leading,” he had to admit that, “Android phones have more features,” and went on to say that the Android’s quality, consistency, and satisfaction among the users will match the iOS.
