Los Angeles, Oct 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A rare glimpse has been given into the last moments of Apple founder Steve Jobs. The enigmatic personality behind the success of Apple passed away on the 5th of October after struggling with cancer for years.

Standing near his deathbed was his sister Mona Simpson. According to a eulogy from the sister which was presented at the memorial of the late tech guru and published in the New York Times, the last words of Jobs were “Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow.”

Mona revealed that Jobs seemed to be looking beyond the people in the room when he said those words. Describing his last moments, Mona said Jobs looked at his sister then his children before turning to his wife. After that, he looked beyond all of them and seemed to be looking intently as something that the rest of the people in the room didn’t see.

Mona said that, “Before embarking, he’d looked at his sister Patty, then for a long time at his children, then at his life’s partner, Laurene, and then over their shoulders past them, before saying his final words.”

Though Jobs was terminally ill for several years, Jobs continued to work until he could not hold on again. He stepped down as the leader of Apple in August explaining that he was going to take care of his health.
