Sprint Error 2112 Baffles Consumers

Dec 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In a recent incident that created confusion among a lot of cell-phone users in USA, the users of Spring Nextel network are experiencing unprecedented messaging errors. It is not something the users came across earlier and that is why the outcome was chaotic. It was owing to some unexplained network setup problems that is yet to be clarified by the company. The customer care of Sprint is trying to fathom the core of the problem. According to the vexed customers, when they are trying to send text message from their cellphones using Sprint network a strange error 2112 code is flashing on the screen.
This led some users to a dilemma as they could not understand whether there was something amiss with their handsets or it was a network issue. However, when the same problem was reported by a lot of Spring network users it became clearer. However, the users facing the text messaging problems can still receive messages from the users of other networks like Verizon Wireless and AT&T. The funny thing is that the so called error 2112 asks the users to call up customer care but Spring Customer care is not certain about the cause. The online forums have got numerous posts on the issue.
Sprint is likely to fix this issue as the company has aggressive expansion plans. It is on the verge of rolling out 4G data service ahead of its rivals. The error details are likely to be published in its website soon.
Meanwhile the users should resort to calling instead of messaging.
