Outlook Connector Upgrade Problems With Outlook 2003 And 2007 Users

2014New York, May 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The users of Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 are said to have witnessed a persisting problem with the outlook connector upgrade option. Reportedly, the users were prompted to go ahead and update their outlook connector when they tried to access their Live Mail or Windows Hotmail from their 2003 and 2007 Outlook accounts.

Microsoft office 2010 which has already witnessed the release of its beta version had over 7.5 million users downloading the same to their system. However, Microsoft declared that the new Office 2010 shall hit the market for all business professionals in May 12 following which the public version shall make its appearance in June. Microsoft also has plans in store to enhance the look and use office 2010 which claims to offer the very best of user options. The outlook connector upgrade option is said to prompt all users to click on “Upgrade Now “option which takes the user to the live server which installs OLC.msi upgrade file in their system. When it reaches its completion, the system further prompts for a reboot. People have complained that even after reboot the upgrade file is not being able to complete the installation. In some cases, “Failed to Upgrade “issues were also witnessed.

Microsoft has already gone ahead to keep a track on the issue and said that they are working upon it and shall soon find a permanent fix to this problem. However, as a temporary fix for the upgrade issue Microsoft has urged all users of Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Office Outlook 2007 to go ahead and perform an uninstallation of the downloaded file and visit Microsoft’s official website for another direct download link.
