New Twitter Interface Creates Sensation Among The Users

Sep 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Popular micro-blogging site Twitter which is very popular among the web users has opted for a new look and the revamped interface is going to give the users more features the company said in a statement. The changes were made on Tuesday. The revamped interface now allows to users to stay in the same page they want to post tweets and also check out their favorite video and photo on the right side of the page. Evan Williams who is the Twitter CEO said in a statement that the company wanted to offer the users a new faster and useful interface. Now the company expects more people to use its service.
The interface is powered by the company’s own API so stability will not be an issue the company spokespersons said. Over the years since its inception 4 years back Twitter has seen it user number rising by leaps and bounds and now several millions of people use this service on a daily basis. Twitter enables the users to send text messages not exceeding 140 characters to their groups of followers. Along with Facebook and Orkut it has become one of the leading and most sought after social networking services.
The Twitter CEO said in a press conference that the new interface will give the users more reasons than tweeting to use the service. It will become as a useful information resource according to his opinion. The users are yet to react to this new development. A lot of celebrities also use Twitter and the list includes Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian among others.
