Nov 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After much anticipation and wait the T-Mobile my Touch 4G is going to hit the stores. This high end android based smart phone is the flagship model of the carrier as of now and the ads have become popular as well. This is also T Mobile’s first model with a front camera meant for making video calls. The tablet shaped phone has a big 3.8 inch screen with a nice 800×640 WVGA resolution and a touchscreen. This undoubtedly is way bigger than the other Android models released by the carrier so far. There is a on screen keyboard for text entry and Swype is also supported.
The MyTouch 4G is powered by a beefy 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU that is powerful enough for hassle free multi tasking. The carrier is also giving a 8GB microSD card with the phone. It has the latest Android 2.2 OS. The good thing is that it supports the HSPA+ service of T Mobile. Hence the users will be able to transfer data wireless without any bottleneck. Apart from that there is WiFi and it is also possible to make calls using both 3G or WiFi. The 5 MP camera is a decent one and it takes good quality snaps. Like other similar Android based models the My Touch 4G does come with a plethora of multimedia and communication applications.
One can buy the MyTouch 4G from the website of T Mobile and the retail stores. The handset is being sold for $200 post a $50 discount. As for the users who do not want a contract based plan it is available for $450.
