Is Apple going to announce the release date of iPad 3 soon?
February 9th, 2012 - 11:42 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattSan Francisco, Feb 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is a lot of speculation always about upcoming Apple products and the latest product that is on everyone’s mind is the iPad 3. Some sources say that the launch of the successor to the iPad 2 is imminent and it could happen as early as March 2012.
Generally Apple has an event in February to showcase new products, but this time they have made an exception and it is rumored to showcase the iPad 3 in March. It is also been said that the event will be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, which is located in San Francisco.
It is also not known when the iPad 3 would be available on the market as yet. The word on the market is that there aren’t going to be many drastic changes in the new tablet. Though as usual it would boost of a new fast chip, which might also have a better GPU and also a 2048×1536 Retina Display. There is also a rumor that the new iPad 3 would be thicker in comparison to the older version.
It ought to be mentioned that there has been no official word on the whole speculation by any Apple official.
