facebook iphone appDec. 09, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Iphone users who operate their Facebook accounts on their phones have reported some technical problems for last couple of days. It has come to the news that inconveniences were not restricted to users of any particular connection and were experienced by the EDGE, 3G as well as WiFi users. People complaining about the Facebook application stated that the services were not restored even after they used some conventional methods of fixing this snag. Though multiple users have reported about the difficulty, Facebook officials have not reported any details related to this incident.

According to the reports, the Facebook application crash is reported one day after AT&T has launched a new application “Mark The Spot”, to provide better service to the iphone users. The application that AT&T has introduced this week will allow customers to submit their complaints about poor voice quality, improper service coverage and dropped calls. It has been reported that multiple complaint options will appear on phone once they launch the application. Call service provided by AT&T has received several complaints and the new application is expected to help them in improving their services.

The officials of the AT&T are optimistic about “Mark The Spot” application and expects that with this feature, they would be informed about any call problem faced by iphone customers. Officials stated that people will not have to spend money for downloading this application. Therefore, it is expected that anyone having complain with AT&T would prefer this service. Different applications have been launched to reduce the inconveniences of users regarding iphones and it is assumed that the AT&T’s effort to help users will be successful.
