October 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Nikon D3S is expected to hit the market in the festive season. The reports of the release was confirmed by the officials of the company. In multiple conferences, the company has declared about the release of this camera. It is expected to be one of the high profile cameras of Nikon and a must have for people who love photography.

According to the sources, the effective resolution of the sensor will be 12.1 megapixel CMOS and 36.0mm x 23.9mm. It has come to the news that the camera will have sensitivity range of ISO 12,800-102,400 and ISO 100/200. The sensitivity range of the camera is expandable which makes is one of the reasons of its popularity. Like Nikon D3 camera and D3x cameras, D3s will also have 1.0x magnification factor.

The auto-focus for all the three cameras is same at 51-pt AF, 15 cross type. Shutter speed of Nikon D3s is 1/8000 to 30 sec, 1/250 seconds maximum flash X-sync. The camera has live view option like the other two cameras of the D3 series. Unlike the other two cameras of this series, the D3s supports video photography. LCD size for the camera is fixed at three inches and 920,000 dots. It comes with a shutter durability of 300,000 cycles.

Nikon D3x has a battery life of 4400 shots. The battery life of new camera Nikon D3S is lesser than D3x. It has a high battery life of 4300 shots. The price of the Nikon D3S camera is also lesser than the D3x. As stated by the sources, the price of the camera [without lens] is expected to be 5199.95 dollars. The camera is all set to the enthrall consumers.
