rtrtJan 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The recent incidents of attacks on Internet search leader Google that originated from China has left its impact in the political circles of USA. The president of USA, Barack Obama has expressed his concerns over the incidents and if the reports are to be believed, he has taken the incident seriously. White House representatives reacted strongly after China refuted Hillary Clinton’s discontent of its web restrictions. Google has made it clear that the Internet restriction policy imposed by the Chinese government is acting against its operations and it has also warned that it may withdraw its operations altogether from China.

However, some of the industry insiders feel that Google’s decision to reconsider about continuing its operations in China has been triggered by its failure to capture the majority of the search market in China. It lags behind Chinese opponent Baidu. However, it is quite clear that the Chinese Government has been put into a messy situation after Google made the allegations. The cold war that seems to have begun between China and the USA regarding the internet censorship issue shows no immediate sign of abetting. Hillary Clinton made it clear that the nations and individuals trying to jeopardize Internet operations will be dealt with harshly.

President Barack Obama’s opinion on the matter sounded similar to Hillary Clinton and he clarified that he would not put up with online security breach threatening search engine usage. China has not given any clear answer on the issue but it is evident that the government of the country has been left red faced after the fiasco was made public.
