New York, Jan 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A 29-year-old health care assistant had the ‘wrong name’ at the wrong time.

For being named Kate Middleton by her parent, the 29-year-old has had her account on Facebook suspended. Facebook suspects that there has to be only one Kate Middleton on the surface of the planet as a result, any other person on the website with that name cannot be allowed to operate.

That is because the most popular Kate Middleton is engaged and set to marry Prince William.

What makes the case more interesting is the fact that the suspended Middleton has a partner who also shares the same name with another top personality. Her partner is called Jonathan Ross and that name also belongs to a top TV personality.

Middleton’s account has been suspended since Thursday and all attempts to get Facebook to remove the restriction have failed to get their attention.

She said that, “’I still can’t get on, I’ve had no contact from Facebook about the situation or what they are going to do.”

When Facebook was contacted, the website’s spokesperson claimed that he believe the name has been faked and it was the policy of the website to take every account that they suspend is fake.
