According to the sources, ebay authorities have received information about this search outage and they were sorry for the search outage of their site.

They have posted a message on the ebay site, which stated that people have been experiencing different types of errors on ebay search for some technical problems of the backend system. They also stated that they have started to workout on the technical snag, so that the entire system gets restored shortly. Message that appears on the ebay site concludes by saying, “Please note that we are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved.”

The ebay authorities have provided shoppers with a workaround so that shoppers can carry out with their shopping while they get their backend technical problems fixed. Though ebay has provided workaround, the problem of the casual shoppers might not get solved until the search options starts functioning properly.
