July 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Motorola Droid X has been in the news since it was launched recently. Despite the fact that the smartphone was hyped as a must-have for all the gadget fanatics, it soon gained a lot of negative attention after some of the owners of Droid X complained that the phone had some flickering issues with its screen.
The news that a certain number of Motorola’s Droid X smartphones has been confronting display hassles was confirmed by the Verizon Wireless who admitted that the phone indeed had a screen glitch. Although the smartphone was highly publicized before its launch in the recent past, it received a major setback when the some of the customers who purchased the phones complained that it had flickering screens as well as problems with band display. However, as soon as the issues with the Droid X phones became public, the company was prompt enough to address the glitch almost immediately while also assuring its customers that those of whom have experienced the flickering screen issue with the smartphone would be provided with a replacement.
While acknowledging the problems confronting Motorola’s newly-launched Droid X, a spokesperson of the company has revealed to the media that Motorola is well aware of the fact that customers of some of the Droid X units have come across the issue of flickering screens as well as a band display. Despite the fact that the issues with Droid X soon after its launch might come as a huge disappointment to the gadget freaks who have been eagerly to own the smartphone, the company officials have emphasized that the screens problems were only limited to a specific batch.
